High School

After finishing middle school students can continue their education in the high school preparing for the Baccalaureate exams, First Diploma of Higher education.
In 2018 we implemented a new common culture base at the Lyceum along with French Baccalaureate reform. This new base intends to provide all lyceum students knowledge necessary to live and behave as a responsible XXI century citizen.
With this new programme students strengthen their competencies as well as an understanding of trends in our world (ecological transition, bioethics, artificial intelligence, Big Data etc…). New programmes also allow students to share common culture and perceive important challenges of our contemporary world.

High school offers various groups of training programmes:

  • main educational part, Humanities and Natural Sciences, oriented to the future aims.
  • Major subjects, chosen by the student in the first (Grade 11) and final (Grade 12) classes – three subjects in the first class, two subjects in the final class.
  • Optional subjects which allow student to extend their programme.
  • Professional orientation assistance throughout high school to help them choose and enroll higher educational institutions by means of Parcoursup.

In this direction, the mission of our school is to ensure the progress of each high school student and to prepare them to continue studies in higher educational institutions. In partnership with the National Distance Education Center (NDEC),

Our educational program follows the official guidelines of the French Ministry of National Education. Our students are trained by the programme identical to the one applied in the French state schools and other French lyceums overseas.

In addition, our students are educated in a multicultural surroundings which creates an indisputable benefit for learning foreign languages, encouraging students to be open-minded and benevolent to other cultures.
All foreign languages offered in the Baccalaureate can be chosen and learnt by means of CNED. English, Russian and Spanish are given by native speakers.
