Welcome to the Miras, Astana, ’Charles de Gaulle’ French International School website.

Opened in 2011, we are in partnership with the AEFE (Agence pour l’Enseignement Français à l’Etranger) and MLF (Mission Laïque Francaise) networks. The school is homologated from kindergarten to CM2 levels, thus allowing first-hand teaching. College and Lycée levels are taught on-line (CNED) with teachers on site to accompany pupils with all necessary educational assistance.

Situated in the heart of the Miras International School, our independent French school is able to benefit from the impressive cultural and sports infrastructure of the main establishment.

Our teachers and assistants combine their competence and dynamism in order to get the very best out of our pupils’ learning objectives.

Our goal is to enable each student to achieve their full potential, fostering the values of French education abroad — freedom of thought, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and multilingualism — while striving for excellence, creativity, and openness to the world.

On behalf of the entire team at our institution, I wish our entire educational community a school year full of success, discoveries, and personal growth.
