Alliance Francaise Nur-Sultan https://www.culturefrance.kz/-Franc...,
Our continued cooperation with French Alliance in Nur-Sultan started with the French Section in 2011.
Since the first year our teachers have shown their commitment to the French language and expressed their willingness to participate in the speaking club sessions or lectures devoted to French (acquaintance with French writers, origin of the language, styles derived from the French language etc.). Apart from these performances, teachers and parents make joint efforts to strengthen these links, has been a huge success.
On the other hand, the French Alliance annually invite our students to their premises, particularly in their library, well-known to our students who go their regularly on field trips.
Our students collaborate with the French Alliance to participate in their virtual world: they provide to them free access to a digital library at the French Institute
Culturethèque.
Furthermore, we organized a poem writing competition as well as other events within the frame of Spring of Poets https://www.printempsdespoetes.com/ and Francophone Spring https://www.culturefrance.kz/-Celeb... run by francophone embassies in Kazakhstan.
Our cooperation lets our non-francophone students get acquainted with the fundamentals of the French language during French lessons. It in turn lets them integrate into the school with greater chances for success.
