To celebrate in excellent good taste the end of this very busy academic year, the pupils of the Lycée’s ’Petite Section’ enjoyed a school outing to the ’Bambino’ ice-cream factory on Thursday 8th June 2023.

They had the chance to explore a modern food production line and learn about the different technologies and safety measures involved in order for us to enjoy its output to the full.

The children, big and small, were able to observe, ask questions, handle the products and of course, taste the results. They’ll never look at Astana’s famous pink ice-cream vans in the same way!

On our return to the school, we all picknicked happily in the shade of the pine trees, playing games and looking to the forthcoming summer holidays.
